Recipes

Apple Pie Monkey Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix 1 cup sugar and 1 tbsp. Hot Honey Apple Pie Seasoning in large resealable plastic bag. Cut 2 cans (12 oz. each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits into quarters. Shake 6 to 8 pieces at a time in sugar mixture. Place biscuit pieces in greased 10-cup Bundt pan. Mix leftover seasoned sugar mixture with 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter. Pour over biscuits. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Sprinkle with an additional 1 tbsp. Seasoning. Serve warm.

Apple Pie Baked Brie

For the Apple Filling, melt 1 tbsp. butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add 1 cup peeled and finely chopped Granny Smith apple (about 1 large apple), tossing to coat in the butter. Add 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. Hot Honey Apple Pie Seasoning and 1 tsp. McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract, stirring to mix well. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the apples begin to soften, about 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped pecans, if desired. Set aside. For the Brie, preheat the oven to 400°F. Place 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry in center of parchment-lined shallow baking pan. Remove the rind from the top of an 8- to 12- oz. round Brie. Spoon apple filling onto center of puff pastry, spreading into a circle about the same size as the Brie. Place Brie, rind-side up over top of the apples. Fold in corners of puff pastry to enclose the Brie, pinching to seal tightly. Carefully flip the Brie, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with 1 tbsp. melted butter and sprinkle with additional Seasoning.  Cool on pan at least 10 minutes. Transfer to serving platter. Serve warm Baked Brie with apple slices, crackers, graham crackers or toasted bread.
