To Prepare Cholula Chicken Fajitas – Prep Time: 10 minutes; Cook Time: 15 minutes
You’ll need: 1 pkg. Cholula® Original Fajita Medium Seasoning Mix, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided, 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips; 1 medium onion, cut into thin strips, 1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips, 1/3 cup water, 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet. 2. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in water and Seasoning Mix. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 3. Spoon meat mixture into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired. Makes 8 Servings.
