Mix 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar, and 1 tbsp. French’s® Hot Honey Mustard Seasoning in small bowl. Remove 2 tbsp. of the sauce mixture for brushing pork. Reserve remaining 5 tbsp. of the sauce mixture for serving. Trim most of the visible fat from the outside of 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder, leaving about 1/8- to 1/4-inch layer of fat on top. Place pork, fatty side up, in large baking pan. Brush pork with 2 tbsp. of the sauce mixture. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tbsp. Seasoning. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove plastic wrap. Bake 1 hour in preheated 300°F oven. Remove pork from oven. Cover with foil.
