Recipes

Yuzu Kosho Grilled Shrimp with Butter Sauce

Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Mix 1 tbsp. Seasoning and 1 tbsp. oil in medium bowl. Add 1 lb. (13-15 count) easy-peel colossal shrimp; tossing to coat. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted unsalted butter and 2 tsp. Seasoning in small bowl. Keep warm until ready to serve. Grill shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side or until charred in some spots and flesh is opaque. Serve immediately with Butter Sauce and crusty bread, if desired.

 

Cold Soba Noodles with Yuzu Kosho Dipping Sauce

Cook 1/2 package Simply Asia® Japanese-Style Soba Noodles as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well. For the dipping sauce, mix 2 tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 tbsp. Seasoning and 2 tsp. soy sauce in small bowl until well blended. Set aside. Divide noodles among individual serving plates. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds. Divide dipping sauce into smaller serving bowls. To serve, dip noodles into dipping sauce first before eating.
