Never Received / Very Disappointed

I was very disappointed since I did not receive this item. I received a package from you, but it was filled with some sort of foaming hand wash. It almost appears as if someone opened my package and replaced it with the foaming hand wash because the entire box was covered in packing tape - nothing I would expect from your respected company. I have marked NO to the question of "Do you recommend this product?" because I never did receive it. But, I'm sure it would have been delicious!
