Firecracker Bacon Cheeseburger
Mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp. Firecracker Seasoning in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix 1 lb. ground beef, 4 tsp. Firecracker Seasoning and 1 tsp. soy sauce in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Grill patties over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature reaches 160°F). Add Cheddar cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls on grill, cut-side down, about 30 seconds. Serve burgers on toasted rolls with spicy mayo and crisply cooked bacon. Add desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomato and red onion.
Spicy Pasta Salad
Mix 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar and 4 tsp. Firecracker Seasoning in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Set aside. Cook 1/2 package (8 oz.) penne, rotini or fusilli pasta as directed on package. Add 1 cup broccoli florets and 1 cup sliced carrots during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Add cooked pasta, broccoli and carrots to bowl with dressing. Add 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes and 1/4 cup sliced red onion; toss gently to coat. Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until ready to serve. Toss to mix and sprinkle with additional Firecracker Seasoning before serving, if desired.
Sprinkle on popcorn, plain chips or your favorite snack mixes.
Sprinkle on pizza, pasta and French fries.
Stir into dips, soups and salad dressings.
