  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs, about 2 1/2 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 3 tablespoons Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning
  • 1 medium sweet onion, halved and cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 cups fresh peach wedges
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Grill up a sweet and savory one-skillet meal tonight using Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning. This signature seasoning blend brings bold flavor to chicken, complimented by juicy ripe peaches and sweet onions for a memorable meal.

  1. Brush chicken with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning.
  2. Grill chicken over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side or until browned. Remove chicken from grill. Set aside.
  3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in large cast iron skillet on the grill. Add onions and peaches to skillet; cook and stir until they begin to brown slightly, about 2 minutes. Add chicken to skillet, nestling them among the onions and peaches.
  4. Mix stock, honey and remaining 1 tablespoon of Seasoning. Pour over chicken. Cover pan or close grill. Simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and liquid is mostly absorbed, stirring occasionally.
