Noodle: Rice, Tapioca Starch, Water. Stove Top: 1. BRING 1 cup water to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat. 2. ADD rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. 3. LET stand 2 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir before serving.
