RECIPE: Steak with Chimichurri Sauce. A fresh Argentinean herb sauce of parsley, onions, olive oil and vinegar complements the richness of grilled steak. For the Chimichurri Sauce, blend 1/2 c coarsely chopped onion, 1/2 c packed fresh parsley leaves, 1/2 c olive oil, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp of Garlic Salt and 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes in a food processor or blender; cover. Process just until coarsely chopped. Set aside. Sprinkle 2 lbs boneless beef sirloin steak (about 1-inch thick) with 1 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt and 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve sliced steak with Chimichurri Sauce.
